Grabs for railway maintenance

Maintenance of the railway network with Tecnobenne grabs
The operations on the railway line are subdivided substantially into three tasks: maintenance on the ballast, removal of wooden or concrete sleepers, positioning of rails.
For the maintenance of ballast, the PMC hydraulic grab allows to compact the bottom made of small and medium-sized stones. Equipped with a horizontal cylinder, it can be equipped with a hydraulic rotator with shaft, a turntable rotator, a custom made suspension link and a welded bushing. The use of PMC grab during railway maintenance guarantees a solid and stable support base for sleepers and rails.
For sleepers removal, Tecnobenne designs and sells PTT2 clamp. Specifically designed to have a firm grip, they are equipped with two horizontal hydraulic cylinders, two standard check control valves and a maximum load capacity of 4.000 kg.
They can be optionally equipped with a shaft or flanged hydraulic rotator, a turntable rotator, a custom made suspension link and a bushing to be welded.
For positioning rails, Tecnobenne manufactures the grab model PRT. Designed to simplify the delicate work of positioning rails, this grab is equipped with four arms and four vertical hydraulic cylinders, as well as four separate standard block valves. Its maximum load capacity is 7.000 kg.
